ANNUAL DUES INFORMATION:
As outlined in our community covenants, annual HOA dues are due by June 30th each year. However, we kindly encourage residents to submit their payments earlier. Early payments assist in funding essential neighborhood projects and maintenance, ensuring our community remains a wonderful place to live.​
Dues Amount:
$450.00 per lot with a living unit
$225.00 per unoccupied lot

DRC REQUEST FORM:
The DRC (Design Review Committee) Request Form can be found in the Resident Portal.
This form is required for any exterior changes or improvements to your property. The purpose of the DRC process is to ensure all updates within the community follow HOA covenants and maintain a consistent, high-quality appearance throughout the neighborhood.
You should submit a DRC request before starting projects such as:
-Adding or modifying fences
-Building decks, patios, or sheds
-Installing pools or play equipment
-Changing exterior paint colors
-Landscaping changes or tree removal
-Any other visible exterior modification
Submitting a request helps avoid potential violations and ensures your project is approved before work begins.
